How I Do It

„I don’t just solve problems; I re-map the systems they live in.“
Industrial Craft meets Systemic Thinking

In my practice, I dive deep into hidden patterns to understand the „why“ before defining the „how.“ I thrive on hands-on experimentation, blending the tactile craft of industrial design with the analytical depth of systemic thinking to build tangible spaces of possibility. For me, design is about bridging practical prototyping with holistic research to uncover where we can truly trigger change. My goal is to lead the way in strategic design and creative direction—experimenting with the everyday to show people what could be and how we can collectively shape a future we actually want to move toward.

For me, solving a problem is just the starting point. My real passion lies in re-mapping the systems we live in to unlock space for what could be. I love to experiment with future scenarios, bridging the gap between hands-on industrial craft and the deep, theoretical roots of systems thinking. My goal? To create designs that don’t just fix the present, but open up meaningful possibilities for where we want to go next.

Industrial Craft:
Transforming Ideas into Tangible Form

My process is rooted in the precision of classical industrial design. Every project begins with an intensive phase of Ideation & Research, where I dive deep into user needs and material possibilities. I specialize in Semantics & Form, translating complex technical functions into intuitive and aesthetic design languages.

Through Prototyping & Craft, I bring these concepts into the physical realm—ranging from rapid 3D prints to precise 1:1 models. Finally, Staging the Vision ensures that through professional design shootings and storytelling, future scenarios become tangible and impactful for clients and stakeholders alike.

Systemic Thinking: Re-Mapping the Context

Beyond the traditional „How Might We,“ I apply Systemic Thinking to understand why a system behaves the way it does before defining where to intervene. My approach involves a Holistic Analysis to uncover hidden patterns and feedback loops that shape our everyday realities.

By identifying these structures, I can determine the most effective points for Strategic Intervention. This allows me to use design as a catalyst for meaningful, large-scale change—ensuring that every solution is not just an object, but a purposeful contribution to a complex, interconnected world.
